Terms of Service

These terms of service (hereinafter – "Terms") set forth the terms and conditions of using the "Garsio" platform (hereinafter – "Garsio" or "Platform"), managed and administered by MB "Ainno" (hereinafter – "Service Provider", email: info@ainno.io).

Every person who visits the Platform and/or creates an account becomes a user of the Platform (hereinafter – "User") and unconditionally agrees to these Terms and undertakes to comply with them. If you do not agree with any provision of the Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

"Garsio" is an AI-powered text-to-speech service designed to generate realistic voices and read user-provided text.

In order to use all features of the Platform (downloading generated audio files, purchasing additional plans, etc.), the User must register and create a personal account using authorized registration services.

The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account login credentials. Any activity performed using the User's account is deemed to be performed by the User themselves, and the User assumes all responsibility for it.

The User undertakes to provide true, accurate, and complete account details. Registering with third-party or fake credentials is prohibited.

The Platform provides text-to-audio file conversion (in MP3 format) services. The scope of services (character limits) depends on the User's chosen plan or available free balance.

The User strictly undertakes not to use the Platform for the following purposes:

• Generating audio content that promotes hatred, violence, discrimination, or defamation.
• Creating fake news, deceptive or misleading content intended to manipulate public opinion (deepfakes).
• Imitating voices of real individuals without prior written consent from those individuals.
• Using automated queries (bots, scripts) without prior written consent from the Service Provider.

The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User's account without prior notice if there is suspicion that the User is violating these Terms or legal requirements.

User Rights to Content: The User retains all copyright to text entered into the Platform. The User acquires ownership rights to the audio files (MP3) generated by the Platform and may use them for commercial and non-commercial purposes, provided their plan allows it.

Platform Intellectual Property: All software code, AI models, voice algorithms, design elements, trademarks, and other Platform components belong exclusively to the Service Provider or its licensors. The User is granted no rights to copy, modify, decompile, or distribute Platform technologies.

Using generated voices to train or clone separate AI models is strictly prohibited.

Services on the Platform are provided under paid plans (one-time or recurring). Pricing and plan details are published in the Platform's pricing section.

Recurring subscriptions renew automatically each month, charging the User's linked payment card until canceled by the User in account settings.

Since the service is digital content provided immediately (upon voice generation), refunds for already used characters or active subscription periods do not apply, except where mandatory consumer protection laws dictate otherwise.

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Platform will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or without temporary downtime.

The Service Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by the User (including lost profits or business interruption) arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.

The User assumes full responsibility for the legality of generated audio content and its public distribution.

The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify or supplement these Terms at any time. Modified Terms take effect upon publication on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
